How to download images from your gallery

Once you receive the email indicating your gallery is ready, click on the "VIEW PHOTOS" button toward the bottom. Make sure you copy the gallery password which is required to view your gallery. Your download PIN will also be required to begin the download process.

Select the browser you would like to use to view your gallery. Options may vary by user; however, Safari is being used in this example.

Enter your email address, the gallery password from your email, and click on "ENTER".

To view and download your gallery, click on "VIEW GALLERY".

In the top right-hand corner, click on the icon with three dots.

Click on the "Download" option.

Enter your email address, the download PIN from your email, and click on "NEXT".

Choose a download size (high resolution is recommended) and where you would like to download your photos (options may vary by user). Click on "START DOWNLOAD". The following steps are for the "Save to My Device" option. Please reach out if assistance is needed with downloading via other options.

Wait on this screen to refresh or you may check your email for the notification that your gallery is ready for download.

Click on the link to download your gallery.

Click on "Download" once you receive the pop-up message.

Click on the blue down arrow in the browser address bar.

Click on the "Downloads" option.

From your downloads, click on the zip file with your gallery name. This will download the file folder for you.

Click on the folder (not the zip file) with your gallery name.

Click on the folder.

Click on the icon with three dots in the top right-hand corner.

Click on the "Select" option.

Select the files you would like to save to your phone.

Once you have all of the files selected, click on the arrow icon in the bottom left-hand corner.

Click on the option to save the selected images and they will automatically be saved to the "Photos" app on your iPhone.
