Frequently asked questions
Do you travel?
A. Yes! I love to travel, especially to photograph clients! I do not charge a travel fee for locations within one hour of my office in Salisbury, NC. Please contact me directly for additional information on travel fees as they vary based on distance from my office and if overnight accommodations are needed.
What if I need to reschedule?
A. Sometimes life throws us curveballs that leave us having to rearrange schedules and no one should be faulted for that! I am flexible with scheduling and will happily work with you to reschedule your session to a time that works better for you.
What is your turnaround time?
A. All of my sessions are edited on a first-in-first-out basis. Turnaround time varies based on the session type and my current editing pipeline. Most sessions are delivered within one to two weeks. Weddings require quite a bit more editing time and may take up to eight weeks. I provide more accurate estimates after our session based upon my current workload.
Why do I have to pay a deposit?
A. A deposit secures your session time and date and is applied to the total session fee. Without a deposit, your requested time slot cannot be reserved and will be openly available for other bookings. Deposits are non-refundable.
How many images will I receive?
A. The number of images really depends on how much time we spend together and how much I am able to capture during that time. I work to deliver as many images as possible rather than placing a limit.
